Other side of that is making sure that we give back to community, support our local producers, help bring back life to villages long abandoned and preserve Croatian cultural, historical, and natural riches. By booking with Taste Dalmatia you can be a small part of bigger change towards sustainable tourism.
Travelife is the leading international sustainability certification in the travel sector and was established with the support of the European Commission and jointly managed by the Association of British Travel Agents and ECEAT-Projects, an NGO in Amsterdam.
Travelife provides tourism companies with realistic objectives and gives them tools and solutions to implement positive change within their businesses and promote sustainable development standards.
To obtain this status, Taste Dalmatia complied with over 100 criteria covering every aspect of the way we work, including all business management and tour operating practices.
OMNIS Project
Shuttle d.o.o. is a partner of the project "OMNIS - Co-creation of Inclusive Sustainable Tourism Itineraries and Packages from Coastal to Inner Areas". This project is co-financed by the Interreg VI Italy-Croatia Programme 2021-2027 (cross-border cooperation programme). The overall objective of the project is to lay the foundations for fruitful cooperation between tourism stakeholders of coastal and inner areas of Italy and Croatia by creating and distributing inclusive sustainable digitalised tourism itineraries and connected packages for tourists that travel with pets focusing on those with guide dogs fostering sustainable economic development and social inclusion in local communities.
For agents
We are happy to work with travel agents on commission basis, and we can be very flexible in this regard. Travel agents work hard on behalf of the consumer. The role of a travel agent is to make a trip – whether for work or pleasure – a stress-free and memorable experience. Travel agents spend time not only booking tickets and searching for affordable prices, but also personalizing their services for individual clients. Let us to be your partners in Croatia….
